Conference / Training Scholarships

WPPI provides scholarships to various American Public Power Association (APPA) conferences and workshops to support member professional development. Scholarships are available to every member utility on a three year rotating basis. The program flyer here program flyer found here will indicate when each utility will have the opportunity to use a scholarship. Utility leadership is then asked to determine which representative will use the scholarship. Other scholarship programs are also available through Executive Committee membership (1 per year), new managers (identified internally and notified directly) as well as NorthStar users. All attendees may use the form below to:

  1. Indicate who will be using the scholarship and for which conference – WPPI will then register attendees for the conference
  2. Request travel booking assistance (not required – members may choose to book on their own and submit for reimbursement)
  3. Request hotel booking assistance (not required – members may choose to book on their own and submit for reimbursement)
